Saana’s ice swimming center offers premier facilities for ice swimming in Kuopio. We offer three different membership tiers. The winter swimming spot is located by the smoke sauna, featuring dedicated locker rooms for men and women. Sauna, restroom, and shower facilities are located inside the spa. The saunas are available during the spa’s opening hours.

Experience authentic Finnish sauna traditions all year round! Our treatments take place in a traditional sauna, embracing Finnish "sauna mysticism" and utilizing natural elements like gentle heat, birch whisks, peat, and fragrant herbs.
Our hearty and delicious buffet lunch is served weekdays throughout the summer from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The lunch includes a fresh salad bar, two warm main course options, bread, coffee or tea, and a small sweet treat. During the summer, you can enjoy your lunch on our lakeside terrace.

Stay by the shores of Kallavesi at the Saana Caravan Park. The nightly rate includes electricity, restroom access, and water. The area is equipped with camera surveillance. Our lakeside spa features a warm outdoor seating pool and an infinity pool overlooking the stunning lake scenery. Indoors, you’ll find an electric sauna, a hot tub, and a cold plunge pool. Experience our award-winning smoke sauna, heated daily starting from 1:00 PM. In the winter, crown your visit with a refreshing dip in the ice. For private events, our VIP-Saana sauna is available for rent.
