Kuopio Marathon
Kuopio Marathon is a running event for everyone, bringing together runners of all ages and abilities in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Choose from a full marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon, 5 km race, or relay events. The event also includes the ENJOY fun run without official timing, as well as the Pikkujätti Mini Marathon for children.
The start and finish areas are located at Matkus Shopping Center, where excellent facilities and services provide a great setting for the event.
The race is run on a half marathon course featuring beautiful lakeside scenery, waterfront paths, and lush green surroundings, making every kilometre an enjoyable experience. The shorter 5 km route circles the picturesque Lake Matkus and is suitable for participants of all fitness levels.
