Pohjois-Savon Liikunta (PSL) is a regional service, expert, and cooperation organization dedicated to promoting physical activity. Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of our population through sports and exercise while fostering collaboration between different sporting disciplines.
The ParaVälineet unit in Kuopio is maintained by the Finnish Paralympic Committee. We rent out assistive devices for sports and exercise directly to users and offer expert guidance on equipment procurement.
We organize engaging family camps and specialized sports camps for children with additional support needs as part of the Bellanranta Summer Camp program.
We provide personalized fitness instruction, sports trials, workplace exercise breaks, and activity days. Our expertise also covers educational sessions for parents, wellness-at-work services, fitness testing, and professional consultancy and advisory services.
